1. Overview
1.1 Indian Creek Electric, hereinafter referred to as "ICE," is a licensed electrical contractor operating in the state of Idaho, providing professional solar, backup battery, and backup generator system inspections at customers' homes.

2. Inspection Services
2.1 ICE offers inspection services for solar, backup battery, and backup generator systems.
2.2 Customers may choose to prepay for the inspection service or pay a higher price in person after the inspection is completed.
2.3 Inspection services include a comprehensive assessment of the specified systems, adherence to safety standards, and provision of a detailed inspection report.
3. Appointments
3.1 Customers can schedule appointments through ICE's official channels.
3.2 Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
3.3 For rescheduling or canceling appointments, customers must contact ICE through the provided communication channels.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds will be issued for all canceled appointments, provided that the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the original booking price.
4.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Pricing
5.1 Customers have the option to prepay for the inspection service at a specified rate or pay a higher price in person after the inspection.
5.2 Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
5.3 ICE reserves the right to adjust prices, and any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1 ICE shall not be liable for any damage to the inspected systems that may occur during the inspection process, unless such damage results from negligence on the part of ICE.
6.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information related to the systems being inspected.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Idaho.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of Idaho.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
8.1 ICE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the official communication channels.
8.2 Continued use of ICE's inspection services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
